Villa Belis is a private holiday villa located in the Ovacık area of the Ölüdeniz neighbourhood in Fethiye. Set on a 540 m² plot, the property offers 262 m² of net living space and accommodates up to 8 guests.

The villa features 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, with en-suite bathrooms in every bedroom, as well as a private swimming pool. It is situated in a quiet and peaceful location, while still being conveniently close to central amenities and local attractions.

Living Room:There is a meticulously furnished living room with a magnificent open kitchen, modern armchairs, a 6-person dining table, LCD TV, satellite receiver and air conditioning.

Kitchen:There is an open-plan modern kitchen, enough kitchen utensils for 8 people and more, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, stove, refrigerator and kettle.

WC: It is in the living room.

First floor

1. Bedroom: Double bed, en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, wardrobe, terrace with pool and garden view.

2. Bedroom:There is a double bed, an en-suite bathroom, air conditioning and a wardrobe.

Second floor

3. Bedroom:There are two single beds, an en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, wardrobe, terrace with pool and garden view.

4. Bedroom: There are two single beds, an en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, wardrobe, terrace with pool and garden view.

Others: Air conditioning is available in all rooms and living room. There is also an iron, ironing board and hair dryer in the villa.

There is a barbecue area, hammock, table and chairs for 8 people, sun loungers, umbrellas, garden furniture, sun terrace and private car parking area.
